Ninja Allied Health provides evidence-based Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Allied Health Assistant services and Support Work for children, teens and adults. We also complete Functional Capacity Assessments, assistive technology assessments and minor home modification assessments. Services are delivered in-home, in the community, at schools or via telehealth across Australia.

We support children, adolescents, and adults with a range of developmental, physical, and psychosocial needs. This includes individuals with autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, global developmental delay, sensory processing differences, communication challenges, and functional support needs. We work closely with families, carers and support networks to ensure meaningful outcomes.

No referral is required for NDIS or private clients. If you are accessing therapy through a Medicare plan, such as a Chronic Disease Management plan, you will need a GP referral. If you are unsure what is required, our team can guide you through the process.

Whilst we are not an NDIS registered provider, we do support Plan-managed and Self-managed participants. Our team understands the NDIS framework and can help ensure services align with participant goals and funding categories.

Yes. We regularly collaborate with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, GPs, schools, early learning centers and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and consistent care.

Our Occupational Therapists support individuals to improve independence and participation in everyday life. This may include sensory regulation, emotional regulation, fine and gross motor skills, self-care skills, school readiness, executive functioning, daily routines, assistive technology and home modifications. Therapy is always goal-focused and functional.

Yes. We provide detailed Functional Capacity Assessments to support NDIS reviews, funding reassessments, SIL or SDA applications and goal progression. Reports are comprehensive, evidence-based and clearly linked to functional impact and support needs.

Yes. Our team assesses, trials and recommends assistive technology to support independence and safety. This may include communication devices, sensory supports, mobility aids or daily living equipment.

Our Speech Pathologists support speech clarity, language development, social communication, feeding and swallowing, literacy foundations and Augmentative and Alternative Communication. Therapy is individualised and designed to build practical communication skills for real-world environments.

Yes. We provide telehealth Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology services nationwide. Telehealth is flexible, accessible, and highly effective for many clients, particularly those in regional or remote areas.

Services can be delivered within one of our clinics, in the home, at school or daycare, in community settings or via telehealth. We prioritisetherapy in natural environments where skills can be practiced and generalised.

The first appointment involves discussing goals, gathering background information, completing relevant assessments and developing an initial therapy plan. You will leave the session with a clear understanding of recommended supports and next steps.

Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the individual’s needs and goals. Assessment appointments may be longer.

Availability varies depending on service type and location. We aim to minimise wait times and will discuss current availability when you enquire. Telehealth services often have shorter wait times.

Once intake documentation and funding details are confirmed, we will schedule the first appointment based on clinician availability. Our admin team works to make this process as smooth as possible.

Our fees align with the current NDIS price guide. Private rates are available upon request. All fees are discussed transparently before services commence.

We require notice for cancellations in line with our service agreement. Full details are provided during onboarding to ensure expectations are clear.
