Peter Irving brings over 30 years of experience helping people understand their pain, move with more confidence, and rebuild function in everyday life. Whether your goals are to walk the dog, return to work, or simply enjoy daily tasks with less struggle, this program gives you the tools and support to make meaningful, lasting progress, on your terms.

Pain is complex and no two people experience it the same way. Thatโ€™s why this program is designed to be flexible, personalised, and rooted in what actually matters to you.

Led by Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of experience, Peter Irving, this 5-week program supports people living with persistent or chronic pain from all kinds of causes, including arthritis, injury, hyper-mobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, phantom limb pain, fibromyalgia, functional neurological disorder, post-surgical recovery, and neurological conditions... the list goes on. 

Program Structure

Occupational Therapist: Peter Irving
This program involves engaging hands-on activities aimed at building motor coordination and functional skills. Children will work on developing physical abilities in a fun, interactive environment.

  • Functional baseline measures

  • Delivery of personalised Pain Pack (includes relevant handouts, pacing guides, and self-management tips)

  • Tailored pain education and skills training

  • Functional task adaptation and activity planning

  • Support for pacing, fatigue, flare-up planning

  • Environmental or Assistive Technology recommendations

  • Other evidence based strategies
