Meet Peter
Your Clinical Pain Program Lead
Peter Irving brings over 30 years of specialised clinical experience helping individuals understand the complex mechanics of their pain, move with renewed confidence, and rebuild functional capacity in everyday life. Whether your immediate goals are to return to work, resume community participation, or simply navigate daily household tasks with less structural struggle, this evidence-based clinical programme provides you with the practical tools and targeted support to make lasting progress on your own terms.
Pain is a highly complex, personal experience, and no two individuals process it the same way. That is why our clinical framework is engineered to be flexible, deeply person-centred, and rooted entirely in what actually matters to your lifestyle.
Led by an expert Occupational Therapist with over three decades of clinical insight, this structured 5-week programme supports individuals living with persistent or chronic pain arising from diverse pathologies. This includes arthritis, complex musculoskeletal injuries, hyper-mobility conditions, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), phantom limb pain, fibromyalgia, and functional neurological disorders (FND).
