Compassionate Care for Older Adults

At Ninja Allied Health, we understand that navigating the MyAgedCare system can be complex and challenging. To help you or your loved one maximise the value of your Home Care Package (HCP) or Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) funding, we work closely with families to find practical, efficient, and person-centred solutions that support independent living at home.

Aged Care Occupational Therapy

Specialised Online Home Consultations Nationwide

Our Occupational Therapists provide comprehensive, evidence-based online assessments to help older adults maintain independence, safety, and quality of life. By delivering our clinical expertise via a secure national telehealth framework, we help regional families access services without relying solely on local waitlists.

Our telehealth services for older adults include:

  • Remote Home Safety & Access Evaluations: We conduct structured video assessments of your living layout to identify potential environmental hazards, maximise mobility, and implement effective fall-prevention strategies.

  • Assistive Technology & Equipment Prescription: Our OTs clinically prescribe mobility aids and independent living devices, collaborating with local medical suppliers across Australia to arrange trialling and delivery straight to your door.

  • Remote Home Modification Guidance: From simple environmental adjustments to significant changes, we conduct the necessary virtual consultations to guide local tradespeople and builders in creating safe, accessible spaces.

  • Ongoing Functional Support: We provide regular online therapy check-ins to help seniors manage health changes, practice daily living routines, and preserve long-term functional wellbeing.

Looking for physical home-visiting or local face-to-face care? In-clinic appointments, physical equipment trials, and direct, on-site home modifications are available exclusively for residents within our South-East Queensland clinic catchments.
