Privacy & Support 

We will listen to you and treat what you tell us with respect and confidentiality. 

Most of the time, what you share will stay private and will only be used to help us understand your concern and support you. 

However, if we are worried about someone’s safety, we may need to share information with other services to help keep people safe. This includes situations where: 

  • A child or young person may be at risk of harm  

  • An adult may be experiencing harm, including elder abuse  

  • There are concerns that meet NDIS reporting requirements  

  • A situation may involve a serious or criminal matter  

If this happens, we will follow our legal responsibilities and safeguarding processes. Wherever possible, we will explain what is happening and support you through the process.
