Peter is a distinguished Occupational Therapist in Australia with a primary focus on occupational rehabilitation. In addition to clinical practice, Peter teaches at the University of Queensland and has taught Occupational Rehabilitation at Bond University (2021). He co-authored a paper on inter-professional pain assessment simulation published in the Journal of Inter-Professional Education and Practice. Fee Structure

Exceptional Care, Tailored Services

Brief / Supplementary Report – $1,200

This option is ideal when an Occupational Therapy opinion is needed on the findings of another medico-legal report for a single question. It does not include a new assessment but covers preparation and consultation.

Standard Report – From $3,000

Includes an in-office assessment, preparation and consultation, review of up to 150 pages of briefs, and a standard report (5–10 pages). This service covers one functional domain only.

Complex Report – From $4,200

Designed for claims with multiple components or multiple injuries. This includes preparation, consultation, review of up to 750 pages of briefs, and a comprehensive report (length varies by case). A detailed quote and scope are agreed upon prior to commencement.

Additional Services

We understand medico-legal cases often require further professional input. Additional services are available to support each matter:

  • Additional brief reading time – $300 per hour

  • Travel – $300 per hour

  • Late cancellation / non-attendance fee (less than 24 hours’ notice) – $500 one-off fee

  • Court evidence & pre-trial preparation – $300 per hour
