About our OT Services
Helping You Do More of What Matters
Occupational Therapy (OT) supports children in their daily activities – at home, at school, and in the community. Our Redlands-based OT (Brooke) works with children of all ages, focusing on building practical skills like handwriting, fine and gross motor development, self-care, emotional regulation, and participation in play and learning.
Brooke specifically supports with
Handwriting and school skills – helping children with letter formation, pencil grip, and classroom confidence.
Fine motor skills – building independence with dressing, using scissors, and managing buttons/zippers.
Gross motor skills – balance, strength, and coordination for sports and playground activities.
Sensory processing – strategies for children who are easily overwhelmed, sensitive to sound, touch, or movement.
Emotional regulation – helping kids understand and manage big feelings.
NDIS support – tailored therapy plans for children on the NDIS.

We help you build confidence and independence in the everyday tasks that matter most. Whether it’s relearning to cook, managing dressing and personal grooming, or organising your morning routine, we break each activity into manageable steps. Through hands-on practice and adaptive techniques, you’ll gain the skills to look after yourself safely and efficiently.
-
Our team assesses your environment to identify barriers and opportunities for change. From recommending grab-rails and adjusted work-tops to sourcing custom splints or digital reminders, we partner with you to select the right tools and make your home truly accessible. We liaise with builders, suppliers and funders so you receive practical solutions that seamlessly fit your life.
-
When sights, sounds or sensations become overwhelming, or when emotions run high, everyday tasks can feel impossible. We use evidence-based strategies to help you manage sensory challenges and regulate stress. Over time, you’ll learn to recognise your triggers and employ coping tools that restore calm and focus.
-
Need an objective evaluation of what you can do, and what you may need? Our Occupational Therapists conduct thorough assessments relevant to you. We then provide clear, detailed reports (suitable for insurers, NDIS applications/ reassessments, employers or legal purposes) that outline your current abilities, recommended supports and realistic goals for progression.
-
Chronic pain can steal enjoyment from everyday life. We teach pacing techniques, activity grading and ergonomic adjustments to reduce flare-ups and build you back up safely. By setting achievable goals and monitoring your progress, we help you balance rest and activity so you can engage more fully in work, hobbies and family life.
-
Struggling to plan, remember or prioritise tasks? We work alongside you to establish clear, structured routines and use practical aids, like checklists, calendars and digital prompts, to keep you on track. Whether you need to manage medication, track appointments or juggle multiple roles, our tailored strategies strengthen your organisation and planning skills.
-

Why choose Ninja Allied Health in the Redlands?
Meet your Redlands OT Brooke
Brooke is dedicated to making a positive impact in people’s lives by supporting individuals to achieve their goals and maximise independence.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with her energetic two-year-old golden retriever, Kenai, catching live sports, attending music events, and spending sunny days at the beach—there’s truly nothing better than a day by the ocean.
Before becoming an Occupational Therapist, Brooke gained valuable experience in customer service, working as a beauty therapist and later with MXStore and Suns FC. These roles taught her the importance of empathy, patience, and building meaningful connections—qualities she carries into her practice today.
Brooke is passionate about applying these skills within your school, working closely with students, staff, and families to create positive, lasting outcomes.
