About our OT Services

Helping You Do More of What Matters

Occupational Therapy (OT) supports children in their daily activities – at home, at school, and in the community. Our Redlands-based OT (Brooke) works with children of all ages, focusing on building practical skills like handwriting, fine and gross motor development, self-care, emotional regulation, and participation in play and learning.

Brooke specifically supports with

  • Handwriting and school skills – helping children with letter formation, pencil grip, and classroom confidence.

  • Fine motor skills – building independence with dressing, using scissors, and managing buttons/zippers.

  • Gross motor skills – balance, strength, and coordination for sports and playground activities.

  • Sensory processing – strategies for children who are easily overwhelmed, sensitive to sound, touch, or movement.

  • Emotional regulation – helping kids understand and manage big feelings.

  • NDIS support – tailored therapy plans for children on the NDIS.

Why choose Ninja Allied Health in the Redlands?

Meet your Redlands OT Brooke

A smiling woman with wavy blonde hair wearing a black top and a black cardigan, against a black background.

Brooke is dedicated to making a positive impact in people’s lives by supporting individuals to achieve their goals and maximise independence.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her energetic two-year-old golden retriever, Kenai, catching live sports, attending music events, and spending sunny days at the beach—there’s truly nothing better than a day by the ocean.

Before becoming an Occupational Therapist, Brooke gained valuable experience in customer service, working as a beauty therapist and later with MXStore and Suns FC. These roles taught her the importance of empathy, patience, and building meaningful connections—qualities she carries into her practice today.

Brooke is passionate about applying these skills within your school, working closely with students, staff, and families to create positive, lasting outcomes.
