Erin

Speech Pathologist

Erin is a Graduate Speech Pathologist supporting children and families across Ipswich and Springfield. She completed her Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) at the University of Queensland and was awarded the Speech Pathology Australia Student Award (2025) for outstanding clinical and academic performance within her cohort.

Erin joins Ninja Allied Health following 2.5 years of experience as an Allied Health Assistant in private practice, where she delivered therapy across the lifespan, working with clients aged 2 to 65 years. She has particular experience supporting young children (2–3 years) with early language development, including children with Autism, as well as kindy and early primary-aged children with speech sound difficulties.

Her clinical interests include speech sound disorders, early language development, and dysphagia, with these areas shaped through extensive hands-on experience during her AHA role and university placements. Erin values evidence-based practice and is passionate about continuing to build her skills within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Areas of practice:
• Early language development
• Speech sound disorders
• Autism-informed speech therapy
• Early childhood and early primary intervention
• Family-centred paediatric support
• Foundational dysphagia support (within scope and supervision)

Erin’s approach to care focuses on embracing individual differences, building genuine connections, and creating a safe, fun and engaging therapy environment. She works closely with families to ensure children feel supported, understood and empowered, and that therapy goals are meaningful and functional for everyday life.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys reading, dancing, trying new foods, and spending time with her daughter, family and friends.

Erin is excited to be part of Ninja Allied Health’s collaborative team and looks forward to growing as a clinician while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families she supports.
