Amelia St Baker is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ninja Allied Health and an award-winning Occupational Therapist and entrepreneur. She is known for building health organisations that make care more accessible, more human and more effective.
Amelia’s lived experience deeply shapes her leadership. After facing cancer at 20 and continuing to manage long-term impacts, she is driven by a commitment to dignity, continuity and equity in care. She completed her MBA at the University of Queensland in 2023 as the youngest person ever admitted, receiving the Envisage Technology Data Analytics and Technology Excellence Prize.
Her work extends beyond Ninja—Amelia served on the Queensland Government Innovation Advisory Council for two years, published a social storybook for children in 2025, and delivered her TEDx talk “Priming Your Subconscious: Your Key to Success.” She is now a sought-after keynote speaker on innovation in allied health, technology-enabled care, leadership, resilience and accessibility.
