He oversees Ninja’s growth, operations and strategic development, ensuring the organisation delivers high-quality, accessible and human-centred allied health services.

At Ninja, Andy focuses on building strong systems, supportive teams and streamlined service delivery. His work centres on creating an environment where clients receive exceptional care and clinicians are empowered to do their best work.

With international experience in banking and a Diploma in Banking and Finance, Andy brings together his background in finance, social impact and operational leadership to help build one of Australia’s most trusted, values-driven allied health organisations.
