Caleb

Occupational Therapist

Caleb is a Occupational Therapist who brings creativity, problem-solving and a genuine passion for supporting others. Growing up on the farmlands of Emerald, he has developed a grounded, community-minded approach that shines through in his work with clients of all ages.

Before becoming an OT, Caleb spent six years working in the NDIS as a Support Worker, where he made a meaningful impact supporting individuals and families in their daily lives. This experience has given him deep insight into the challenges people face and the practical supports that make a real difference.

Caleb enjoys working collaboratively with clients to understand their goals and tailor solutions that help build confidence, independence, and participation in everyday activities.

Areas of interest:
• Daily living and independence skills
• Neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based therapy

• Supporting young people and adults through meaningful goals

Outside of work, Caleb loves enjoying live music, cheering on his favourite sports teams, and tackling new challenges—like learning to ride a unicycle.
