Naomi
Occupational Therapist
Naomi Haynes is an experienced community Occupational Therapist practising in the Perth Hills and surrounds. Her approach is warm and person-centred: she takes time to understand each person’s story, listens closely to what matters most to them and works alongside them to develop meaningful, achievable goals. She will then work with people to come up with creative, practical, evidence-based solutions so that they can start doing something they love again, can feel safe at home, can move around their home or community more independently or start sleeping better.
Naomi is passionate about assistive technology/equipment prescription and modification, sleep positioning and quality, home modifications, transfers and manual handling, falls prevention, pressure injury management, and 24-hour postural support. She also has experience in hospital to home transitions, transport plans and vehicle modifications. Naomi loves seeing people enjoy their hobbies and work and can provide assistance with play, mealtimes, access to school and the community and participating in music, art or any hobbies people might have.
Outside of work, she loves being outdoors either gardening or bike riding with her husband and sons.
