Brittnee

Brittnee is the Practice Operations Manager at Ninja Allied Health and plays a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the organisation. She works closely with leadership and clinical teams to ensure services run efficiently, staff feel supported, and systems and processes continue to evolve alongside the needs of the business.

At Ninja, Brittnee's focus is on creating practical, effective processes that enable teams to perform at their best. She is passionate about supporting staff, improving workflows, strengthening compliance and driving continuous improvement across the organisation to enhance both the employee and client experience.

Brittnee's experience lies within operations management, human resources, workforce coordination and disability services. She brings a strong understanding of people, systems and service delivery. Her background in the NDIS sector allows her to balance operational excellence with a strong commitment to supporting teams and achieving positive outcomes for participants.
