Anja
Speech Pathologist Team Leader
Anja is a Senior Speech Pathologist with over 15 years of experience across clinical practice, leadership, and private practice settings. Her career has included private practice ownership, senior clinician roles, and team and clinical leadership across community organisations, remote teams, and multidisciplinary environments, giving her a strong understanding of the allied health landscape.
Anja has worked extensively within the NDIS and broader funding systems and brings a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to both therapy delivery and service development. She is passionate about supporting therapists across disciplines and has significant experience in supervision, onboarding, and mentorship, helping clinicians grow in confidence, capability, and connection within their roles.
Her clinical approach is neuroaffirming and person-centred, shaped by both her professional experience and her own journey as a parent. Anja is committed to working collaboratively with individuals and families to ensure care is respectful, meaningful, and responsive to each person’s strengths, needs, and goals.
She is also deeply invested in nurturing positive workplace culture and sustainable systems, leading with empathy, curiosity, and a strong belief in people’s capacity to thrive when supported well.

Anja values genuine connection and believes therapy works best when people feel understood, respected, and empowered. Her calm, supportive style helps individuals, families, and clinicians feel confident navigating their therapy journey and building skills that matter in everyday life.
Outside of work, Anja enjoys spending time with her family and their energetic Kelpie, getting out into nature, and exploring new coastal walks. She’s also a dedicated tea drinker (the kettle is always on) and loves getting creative with crocheting projects.
