Reina
Speech Pathologist
Reina is a Senior Speech Pathologist with over 20 years of experience across clinical, leadership, and operational roles. With a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Queensland, a Diploma of Leadership and Management, and tertiary qualifications in Workforce Development, she brings both depth and breadth to her practice.
Reina has worked across the full continuum of care within the public health system—from Emergency Medicine through to Rehabilitation—as well as within the NDIS space. She is particularly skilled in supporting adults with complex communication and swallowing needs related to neurological and chronic health conditions. She takes a neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred approach and has completed Adina Levy’s ND-affirming courses to further strengthen her practice.
She has also held a range of senior leadership positions, including Chair of the Clinical Council, Workforce Development Manager, Safety & Quality Lead, Practitioner Operations Manager, and Team Leader.
